Relocating to the most beautiful city in the world?

If you are considering moving to the Greater Vancouver area, I would be happy to assist you.  I have lived in various parts of the Greater Vancouver area and I would be able to steer you to the right areas that suit you and your family.  I appreciate moving to another city can be both a stressful and exciting experience if you aren't familiar with the nuances of each area, so let me reduce the stress and increase the excitement!

From experience I recommend starting off by corresponding with each other to identify what you are looking for in a home and the type of neighborhood that meets your needs.  I would then send you listings of different homes that match your criteria and we would discuss these further to make sure they are right for you.

I would then arrange to pick you up at the airport and drive you to view the properties that you are most interested in seeing.  Part of this tour would include seeing the different neighborhoods to help you appreciate their differences.  I can tailor the tour to meet your timeline and interest.

If you are interested in moving to one of the most beautiful cities in the world, contact me to discuss how I can help you find the right home for you.

Why Vancouver?

Vancouver has ranked highly in worldwide "livable city" rankings for more than a decade according to business magazine assessments and it was also acknowledged by Economist Intelligence Unit as the first city to rank among the top-ten of the world's most liveable cities for five straight years.

With its location on the Pacific Rim and at the western terminus of Canada's transcontinental highway and rail routes, Vancouver is one of the nation's largest industrial centres.

The city's scenic location makes it a major tourist destination. Visitors come for the city's gardens, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, VanDusen and the mountains, ocean, forest and parklands surrounding the city. Each year over a million people pass through Vancouver on cruise ship vacations, often bound for Alaska.

The city's people represent a diverse mix of ethnicities and cultures.  There are numerous cultural events throughout the year and each neighborhood reflects the diversity of its inhabitants.  If you love eating out, you will find every type of food represented in Vancouver.

With the ocean and mountains seeming to surround the city, and its mild climate and greenery everywhere, some say Vancouver is the most beautiful city in the world!
